- Micro-organisms, which are naturally present everywhere, ensure the biodegradation of oils and greases.
- To obtain an efficient biodegradation processus, oxygen, water and the correct temperature must be present. These elements together with nutrients (supply of phosphorus ; nitrogen) ensure that the hydrocarbon chain cutting reaction takes place. This reaction allows complete transformation of these elements into water and CO2 (biodegradation).
- The degreasing solution is purified when it goes through the filtering drain. When the enzymes are in direct contact with hydrocarbon chains in the presence of oxygen and temperature, they complete the transformation. The solution is constantly self-purifying and self-regulating, allowing a linear degreasing quality.
- Unplug to turn the machine off.
- Open the aluminum bag at the tear notch.
- Put the filtering drain on its holder - centrally positioned on the lower part of the sink. Be careful to put the pipe on the filtering drain to achieve good oxygenation and a constant supply of liquid to the CLEAN3FILTER.
- Put the 2 parts of the siphon back, and stainless steel grid.
- Switch it on the CLEAN3-101 while pressing the green button or the foot control. At the end of screen autotest, release the green button or foot control to reset the timer of the fountain to 45 days.
- Wait for the solution to reach 35°C.
- To supply the brush with CLEAN3BOOSTER NG, press the green button or the foot control for the CLEAN3-101.
- Change CLEAN3FILTER every 45 days to maintain the bioregulation efficiency and performance of the degreaser.
- When changing the filter, take the used filter from its position, and place it in the foil pouch.
- Reset the timer on the CLEAN3-101.
- Composition : polypropylene filtering drain, aerobic mesophilic bacteria, nutrients, oligo-elements
