> ''INTER-TREATMENT'' DEGREASING COMPOUND FOR ANY METALS

 

 

COMORAL DXP is intended for the degreasing by spraying of steel, cast iron, copper, aluminium and alloys, magnesium and titanium.

  • COMORAL DXP is a safe product as it is absolutely free from components likely to present a danger for users. It does not contain nitrite (toxic), nor soda, nor potash (corrosive), nor solvent (flammable).
  • This is an economical degreaser, usable at a low temperature (40 to 80° C / 104 to 176° F), at very low concentrations (2 to 5 % on average). It offers a protection for sheltered pieces in storage without requiring a subsequent treatment, nor any rinsing.       
  • COMORAL DXP is biodegradable, immediately miscible in water and contains surfactants necessary for an optimum degreasing.
  • This is a low foaming product whatever the pressure is, with an easy implementation; contact time from 2 to 5 minutes. The salting-out power of the oils makes the maintenance of machines vats and tanks easy ; the bath standing is merely done by a rapid dosage (alkalinity or conductivity).

  • The required concentration depends on the degree of soiling to be removed. The most satisfactory values in most cases are the following: temperature from 40 to 45° C (104 to 113° F), concentration 3 %, contact time from 4 to 5 minutes.
  • As for all degreasing alkaline products, the users likely to come into contact with the product are advised to wear protection (gloves, work aprons, etc...).
