COMOROX AL Gel

Ready to use etching product in the form of a gel which immediately sticks to overhanging or vertical surfaces.

This process allows the etcher to have a longer contact time with the metallic supports, whilst saving on product.
Free from harmful products and oil or chlorine based solvents. COMOROX AL GEL can be easily rinsed out with water, without leaving traces nor any residue. All the components are completely and immediately soluble.
Due to its adapted gel like consistency COMOROX AL GEL can be sprayed at low pressure and still keep a solidifying effect in order to prevent run off on vertical surfaces.

In order to have an optimum etching performance, it is best to degrease and rinse the surfaces to be treated with water or solvent prior to treatment. The surfaces must be cleared of dirt, grease and dust and must be dried before treatment.
The product can be applied manually or by low pressure spraying (anti acid equipment). The action time is from 15 to 30' followed by a water rinsing (jet).
