- In the case of an over saturated cloth much of the solvent evaporates without touching the surface.
- Whereas the quantity of solvent contained in each pre-saturated wipe is adjusted so that almost all the liquid acts effectively on the surface to be cleaned. Therefore the VOCs targeted by the European regulations are substantially reduced; on average by more than 65%.
- Thanks to the low quantity of solvent, after use the wipes are dry, therefore the treatment cost of waste is reduced if compared with the cost of disposing of solvent saturated cloths. Moreover the
weight of wipes per treated surface area is generally 5 to 10 times lower than traditional wipes. - There are three benefits for users:
- A safer working environment because of the huge reduction in solvent quantity in the atmosphere.
- No risk of accidental spillage compared to full containers of flammable liquids (fire risk).
- Pre-saturated wipes are very easy to use, handle and store, compared to cloths and solvent in containers.
- The solvent is absolutely neutral and harmless on all substrates (glass, plastic materials, aluminium, chromium, stainless steels, non metallic materials, paints, etc.)
- The product instantaneously dissolves the greasy binders of soils deposited on the surfaces.
