Service & Quality

Our "Quality, Safety & Environmental policy" has 4 objectives:

  • Listen: Thanks to our frequent presence on-site, our scientific, technical and sales teams have an in-depth knowledge of the technologies used by our customers, their work methods, the complexity of their processes, and the constraints. Our customer service continuously gathers information on our customers industrial needs and constraints, and communicates this to our factories. Visits and facility audits by our customers, partners and suppliers are all opportunities for us to improve.
  • ControlOur solutions are tested and approved by accredited and independent external laboratories. In all our factories, the "right first time" principal is the priority. It is the basis for quality products delivered within planned deadlines, with guaranteed testing and traceability, at a reasonable cost. Performance is measured continuously, guiding our progress plans and verifying their effectiveness. Our supply chain is organized transversely to optimize and manage the Supplier-Factory-Client flow by continent.
  • Protect: Our solutions are developed and our operations are conducted with the aim of reducing the risks, both human and environmental, to us and our customers.
  • Improve: We are continuously working to improve our practices, and increase the satisfaction of our customers, employees and stakeholders in the areas of quality, health & safety and the environment.
