SOCOCLEAN A3433

SOCOCLEAN A3433 is a safe product as it does not contain nitrite (toxic), nor soda, nor potash (corrosive), nor solvent (flammable).

  • This is an economical degreaser, usable at a low temperature (40 to 80°C / 104 to 176° F), at very low concentrations (3 to 10 % on average). It offers protection for pieces in sheltered storage without requiring any rinsing.       
  • SOCOCLEAN A3433 is biodegradable, immediately miscible in water and contains surfactants necessary for optimum degreasing.
  • Easy to use, low foaming.
  • The salting-out power of the oils makes the maintenance of machine tanks easy.

  • SOCOCLEAN A3433 is used to degrease steel, stainless steel, anodised aluminium alloys and titanium, by spraying.
  • It can also be used by dipping in a circulating bath or a static bath equipped with an oil separator.
  • The product is especially suited to the cleaning of chromated cadmium-plated steels, or when a chromic anodisation such as Alodine has been applied.

The concentration used depends on the degree of soiling and the greases to be removed from the parts. Typical values in most cases are: temperature 45 to 50°C (113 to 122°F), concentration 5 %, contact time 4 to 5 minutes.
