AEROGLAZE Z3 Series

Absorbent polyurethane

Aeroglaze® Z302 absorbent polyurethane is for application to substrates used in space operations, which include those where coatings must have low outgassing characteristics while providing high thermal absorption properties.

The mechanical properties required for rigorous durations in space are integral to the composition of Aeroglaze Z302 Absorbent Polyurethane.

Aeroglaze Z302 absorbent polyurethane has excellent performance on rigid or flexible substrates. 

Polyurethane Coating

Aeroglaze Z306 is a single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane coating with high thermal absorptivity and low outgassing properties.

Aeroglaze Z306 is approved for space applications and cures to a flat black finish.

The constant operating temperature range for this product is -150°C to 104°C (-238°F to 220°F) with 4-hour excursions to 121°C (250°F) permitted.

Requires Aeroglaze 9958 thinner. 

Polyurethane Coating

Aeroglaze Z307 is a single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane coating with high thermal absorptivity and low outgassing properties. The coating is electrically conductive for static dissipation applications. Aeroglaze Z307 is approved for space applications and cures to a flat black finish.

The constant operating temperature range for this product is -150°C to 104°C (-238°F to 220°F) with 4-hour excursions to 121°C (250°F) permitted.

Requires Aeroglaze 9958 thinner.
