Directions for use
After removing the excess by the appropriate process and parts is dried, apply thehomogenized developer by spraying only, preferably with a pneumatic gun.Any other method is strongly not recommended, contact us if needed.Application :Evenly spray a light, slightly wet coating of developer onto the dry surface of a part.An overly wet application will blur indications – an overly dry application lacks full developing actionIf you suspect particularly thin discontinuities, it may be relevant to wait for more than 30 minutes before inspection.Developing and inspection :D-100 SCC dries rapidly and draws flaw-entrapped penetrant back to the surface using solvent and capillary action. Flaw marks begin appearing instantly under plain or black light, depending on which penetrant is being used. Five minutes or more should elapse before making final interpretations.Cleaning:D-100 SCC developer is very easy to wash off using a cloth or water.
