WATER-BASED CLEANER DISCOVERT NET INDUS 2A - 20 LTR

DISCOVERT NET INDUS 2A is a plant-based degreasing agent used to clean mechanical components during or between machining operations.

Advantages:

• Readily biodegradable.
• CMR free.
• Very low VOC.
• Not subject to safety labelling.
• Replaces harmful and flammable oil-based cleaners.
• Suitable, provided the recommended usage conditions are met, for cleaning stainless steel, aluminium, titanium and associated alloys. Not suitable for use on carbon-charged metals or steel.
• Can be used at room temperature or at temperatures up to 80°C. Raising the temperature activates the solubilising properties of cleaning baths or solutions, including for particularly stubborn stains, rust, grease or dirty marks.

Uses:

Use in immersion tanks, baths, low agitation conditions or in temperature-controlled parts washers to remove grease after machining or during the manufacturing process from mechanical parts, tools, etc.

Directions for use:

• Ready to use
• Dilute 1 part solution to 2 parts water for use in baths, parts washers, etc.
• After cleaning, wipe off using a dry wipe or dry using compressed air (low pressure).
