Efficient petroleum solvent free water-soluble cleaner for aircraft exteriors and parts. Use in bath with hot or cold water, in high pressure cleaners, by wiping or brushing. Non-corrosive on metals.

Cleaner formulated for fast cleaning of air vehicles, fuselage, landing gear, wheel bays.

USES

• SYNCLAIR A/C is a cleaner free from petroleum solvents, intended for the treatment of aircraft and helicopter exteriors and aerospace parts.
• Non-corrosive on all metals (even on light metal alloys), plastic materials, composites, glasses and paints, it may be used on all surfaces without risk of attack or corrosion. Causes no embrittlement on high strength steel.
• It can be used either with hot or cold water, in high pressure cleaner, by dipping, by swabbing and brushing or with robotic AEROWASH solution.
• The high concentration of active ingredients makes high dilutions possible without loss of activity.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

For an application in bath: we suggest a concentration from 5 to 20% at ambient temperature up to 55°C (131°F).

For a manual application with high pressure system:

1. Dilute the product in water at the rate of 5 to 10 % according to the nature of soils
2. Apply the solution and let it act a few minutes
3. Rinse with water under pressure while simultaneously brushing, or perform a hot rinse by means of a high-pressure washer lance.

For an application with AEROWASH robotic washing solution:

1. Fill the AW robot with pure product
2. Place AW robot next to the aircraft in WET WASH washing position
3. Select the washing program from the operating panel depending on the aircraft model
4. Apply wet wash fluid on the brush before washing
5. Wash the fuselage with AW robot
6. Some critical areas can’t be washed with AW robot so wash them manually.
