DISCOVERT DPLF is a cleaning solvent for solvent-based paint application equipment used in aerospace paint shops. It doesn't damage surfaces.

DISCOVERT DPLF is a non-toxic, environmentally responsible alternative to chlorinated or hydrocarbon solvents that can be harmful to the environment and operators.

Uses :

Cleaning paint circulation systems. Cleaning paint application equipment (spray guns, brackets, covers, etc.). Stripping PR resins and adhesives.

Directions for use :

• Ready to use
• Application methods:
  • paint circulation systems
  • brush
  • cloth
  • in a hot or cold bath (with or without ultrasound). Heating is not required but can boost the effectiveness of the stripping process and reduce the application time (recommended temperature between 40 and 50°C)

The necessary contact time for optimal removal will depend on the type and thickness of the coating.
