AIRBUS new qualification for SOCOCLEAN A3432!

AIRBUS has qualified the cleaner SOCOCLEAN A3432 in the process of aluminium surface treatment.

“We are delighted to see our cleaner qualified for AIRBUS process. Our team worked hard to offer REACh compliant solutions. SOCOCLEAN A3432 proved its degreasing efficiency!” states Martin Goibier, Product Manager.

Main benefits

The main benefits of the cleaner SOCOCLEAN A3432 are:

  • No borate. Borate salts are classified as CMR: H360 – May damage fertility or the unborn child.
  • No silicate. Compatible with all subsequent processes, including NDT.
  • No VOC.
  • Only 10% of SOCOCLEAN A3432 are needed to make a bath.

The degreaser SOCOCLEAN A3432 has very strong degreasing and de-inking capacities.
The de-inking action replaces manual cleaning of parts with solvent cleaner. It reduces the process of non conformance due to lack of ink removal, like visual issues or absence of treatment locally.
Using SOCOCLEAN A3432 will increase the degreasing performance between 30% and 80% with longer lasting baths.
